Rice Flour Buttermilk Fritters

Ingredients:

Rice flour - 1 cup
Sour buttermilk - 1 cup
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tbsp
Green chilli - 4(finely chopped)
Curry leaves - 1 tbsp
Salt - as required
Oil - 1/2 cup

Method:

Heat 1/2 tbsp of oil in a pan,add mustard seeds, green chilli and curry leaves. Add the sour buttermilk and salt
& bring it to boil for few mins.

At low flame, add rice flour little by little and mix it well without any lumps & remove from heat.Let it cool for few mins.

Then sprinkle some water and make it as soft dough ball.

Grease the hands with oil & divide the dough into small lime sized ball and flatten it then join both ends of the dough(it looks like ring shape)

Heat 1/2 cup of oil in a pan and deep fry the ring shape dough.
