Mango Milkshake



Ingredients:

Alphonso Mango/any other sweet mango - 1    
Cold Milk - 1/2 cup
Ice cubes - 3 or 4.
Sugar  - 3 or 4 tbsp.
Cardamom powder(elakkai)  - 
a pinch 










Method:

In a blender, add the mango pieces. Add 1 tbsp milk and blend for 1 minute till the mango pieces form a coarse paste.

Add sugar and rest of the milk.

Blend the mixture for 2-3 minutes till it forms a smoothie.

Pour the smoothie in a glass and sprinkle the cardamom powder and mix well.
Serve it with ice cubes.    

Note:     

You can make this recipe by using plain yogurt(curd).
