Cheese - 100gm
Bread Slices - 5
Sweet corn - 50gm
Salt - As required
Oil - For frying
Boil the corn and mash it so that it is coarse.
Mix these together and add required amount of salt.
Now soak the bread slices in water.
Squeeze out all excess water and keep aside.
Take small balls of the corn cheese mixture and cover it with soaked bread so that it is completely covered on all sides.
Deep fry these balls in oil and serve hot.
